German/Argentine B2B Directory Publisher with offices thruought Latin America is expanding rapidly.

We are looking for Direct Sales Manager for our offices in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia, Santiago de Chile and Mexico City.

Requirements:
• We are looking for people with sales skills. Direct sales experience in the household appliances industry or insurance industry will be an added advantage.

• All applicants must have the will to succeed in a challenging environment, must be self driven/motivated and must excel even under stress.

• Applicants for Argentina, Chile and Mexico must be fluent in English and Spanish, applicants for Brazil must be fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.


We provide extensive training for the selected applicants, with 3 x 6 months assignments in various departments.
Direct Sales Manager will be groomed to become the Office or Country manager in some of our offices, this position can be achieved within 18 to 24 month within the company.

During the program, we offer a basic salary from US$ 1,500 to 2,500 per month depending on qualifications & experience, monthly commission, incentives and health insurance.

We will provide all relevant working papers/visas.
